DCP displaces the whole stack, not just the compute: AWS and Azure bill per minute of input audio regardless of the hardware underneath, so this multiplies real audio duration by each one's published rate.
Priced at DCP's real rate (1.000 ⊇ = $0.0003171 USD per 100 reference vCPU-seconds), from each file's own measured compute time -- fixed regardless of hardware speed. Of it, the scheduler takes a 20% commission and the worker earns the other 80%.
