Physicist · compute person · building toward compute marketplaces
Hi, I'm Dan. I trained as a physicist, and these days most of my time goes toward compute - distributed systems, infrastructure, and the idea that compute itself should work like a real, liquid marketplace: idle capacity somewhere becomes useful work somewhere else, priced fairly, dispatched automatically. That's the problem Distributive / DCP is chipping away at, and it's the thread running through most of what ends up here.
This is an informal corner - blog-style updates, demo apps, videos, conference material, and general DCP stuff as it happens. Expect it to change shape often; nothing here is polished on purpose.
